Even when perfected by Haligonian Media, documentation is only part of your company's communication with its customers. There will always be customers who experience technical difficulties, have general questions or need assistance. We can help with these too!

  • receive technical support and customer service email requests from your clients;
  • respond to all requests within one business day (shorter response times are negotiable);
  • create a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) list, along with answers, based on support requests;
  • gather statistics on customer satisfaction with technical support and customer service; and
  • submit weekly reports detailing the number of requests, ratio of successful resolutions, and customer satisfaction.
